These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PM Path website at pmpath.ai and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). PM Path is a product of Red Aced LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
PM Path is an adaptive PMP exam preparation platform currently in pre-launch development. At this time, the Service consists solely of a waitlist to receive early access when the platform becomes available. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the platform, a specific launch date, or any particular product features.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

All content on this Site — including text, design, graphics, and the PM Path name and logo — is the property of PM Path and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written permission.
PMP is a registered mark of the Project Management Institute, Inc. PM Path is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by PMI.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of any content on the Site.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PM Path and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed $0, as no payment has been made by you for access to the current waitlist service.
The Service uses third-party infrastructure including Supabase (database) and Vercel (hosting). Your use of the Service is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of those providers. We are not responsible for the practices of any third-party service.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ohio.
