Why I built PM Path.
Every time I sat down to study for the PMP, the same thing happened. Hours of lecture walking through concepts I'd been applying professionally for years. I couldn't stay with it. I'd lose momentum, set it down, and pick it up again months later. Repeat.
The problem was never dedication. Experienced PMs don't struggle with the PMP because they don't understand project management. They struggle because most prep wasn't designed for the way they actually learn. It teaches the field from the ground up, when what they need is a faster, more engaging way to connect the judgment they already have to the language and framework PMI tests.
I kept coming back to the Socratic method: learning by being asked the right questions, reasoning through a problem, and being met where your thinking actually is. It's how good mentors teach. What's new is that AI can now do this at scale. Instead of one fixed lecture for everyone, a tutor can adapt in real time to how you reason, where you're strong, and where you're stuck.
That's what PM Path is built on. It's practice-first and adaptive. It meets you where you are, focuses on the concepts you actually need, and adjusts based on how you reason rather than following a fixed sequence.
And while it's built with experienced PMs in mind, the same approach works just as well earlier in a career. Being asked to reason through a concept, then having the next question adapt to your answer, is simply a better way to learn the material, whatever you bring to it.

For more than 17 years, I've led project and program initiatives for Fortune 500 organizations across healthcare, retail, financial services, manufacturing, and B2B. I've spent that time doing the work the PMP describes: turning complex, ambiguous business problems into delivered solutions, and leading the people and the process that get them across the line.
More recently, my work has centered on intelligent automation, process transformation, and operational excellence, leading initiatives that use AI, workflow automation, and case management to streamline operations and improve outcomes for employees and customers. That experience spans e-commerce, mobile applications, ERP, Salesforce, digital marketing platforms, and SaaS across a wide range of industries and company sizes.
That combination is why I could build PM Path rather than just wish it existed. I've lived the experienced-PM problem firsthand, and I work with the AI and automation tools that finally make a genuinely adaptive tutor possible.
